1. Introduction
Welcome to Exotic Toys Car Rentals (“the Company”). By renting a vehicle from us, you (“the Renter”) agree to the
following Terms and Conditions, which comply with the rules and regulations of Turks and Caicos.
Please read this agreement carefully before signing and taking possession of the vehicle.
2. Rental Requirements
The Renter must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license from Turks and Caicos or an
international driving permit if the Renter is a foreign national.
The Renter must have held a valid driver’s license for at least two (2) years prior to renting.
A valid passport or identification card and a major credit card in the Renter’s name are required for non-residents.
The vehicle may only be driven by the Renter and any additional drivers listed in the rental agreement.
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date and time the vehicle is collected and ends on the agreed-upon return date
and time.
Extensions must be requested and approved by the Company at least 24 hours before the scheduled return.
Unauthorized extensions may result in additional daily charges and possible vehicle repossession.
4. Rental Rates and Payment
Rental rates are determined by the type of vehicle, rental duration, and seasonality. All rates are inclusive of local
taxes, government surcharges, and fees required by Turks and Caicos law.
A security deposit of $500 will be taken at the beginning of the rental period. This deposit may be used to cover any
damages or additional fees incurred during the rental period.
Full payment is due at the time of vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Insurance and Liability
All vehicles are insured with the mandatory Third-Party Liability Insurance as required by the Road Traffic
Ordinance of Turks and Caicos.
The Renter is responsible for an excess fee for any damage to the vehicle. This amount may be waived if the
Renter purchases a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
The Renter is responsible for any damage that exceeds the insurance coverage or occurs due to gross negligence,
such as driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Personal accident insurance is optional and can be purchased separately.
6. Use of the Vehicle
The vehicle must be operated in accordance with the Road Traffic Ordinance of Turks and Caicos. The Renter
agrees to comply with all local traffic laws and regulations.
The vehicle must not be driven off-road or on unpaved roads unless it is a designated all-terrain vehicle, and such
use has been explicitly authorized by the Company.
The vehicle is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, including carrying passengers
for hire, towing, or racing.
Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited, and the vehicle must not transport hazardous materials.
The vehicle may not be taken out of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
7. Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result
in a refueling fee of $100 USD, plus the cost of fuel.

8. Return of the Vehicle
The vehicle must be returned to the specified location on the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur
additional charges at a rate of $25 per hour.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, apart from normal wear and tear. Any
excessive damage will be charged to the Renter.
9. Breakdown and Accidents
If the vehicle breaks down, the Renter must notify the Company immediately. Unauthorized repairs or attempts
to fix the vehicle by the Renter are not permitted.
In the event of an accident, the Renter must notify the Company and the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police
Force immediately. The Renter is responsible for obtaining a police report and providing it to the Company.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by the Renter’s negligence will be charged to the Renter.
10. Traffic Violations and Fines
The Renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations, fines, parking tickets, or other penalties incurred during
the rental period. Failure to pay may result in additional administrative charges by the Company.
The Road Traffic Ordinance of Turks and Caicos will apply to all violations, and fines may be charged to the
Renter’s credit card.
11. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the rental start time will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations
made less than 48 hours prior to the rental or no-shows will be subject to a full cancellation fee of your original
booking days.
12. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including
natural disasters, government actions, or any other force majeure event as recognized under Turks and Caicos
law.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Turks and Caicos. Any disputes arising from this rental agreement will
be settled in accordance with the laws of Turks and Caicos and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
in Turks and Caicos.
14. Data Protection and Privacy
The Company will comply with the Data Protection Ordinance of Turks and Caicos in handling the Renter’s
personal information. Personal data will only be used for processing the rental transaction, law enforcement
purposes, or in accordance with local legal requirements.
By providing personal information, the Renter consents to its use in accordance with the Company’s Privacy
Policy.
15. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Renter will be notified of
any significant changes that impact their rental agreement.
